“People will do anything for those who encourage their dreams, justify their failures, allay their fears, confirm their suspicions and help them throw rocks at their enemies.” - Blair Warren

Don’t give up on your dream of MLM success. If what you’re doing isn’t working, don’t blame yourself. Maybe it’s the business model you’re working with. Maybe it’s the compensation plan. You cannot have success in your network marketing career if those two things are fatally flawed. Let’s take aim at them together and if they are the problem, then we’ll get rid of them and find you a workable solution. You can and will succeed with the right model and plan.

Now take a look at the paragraph above. It follows the persuasion formula layed out in the first sentence above it in quotations written by Blair Warren. Break it down.

1. Encourage their dreams: “Don’t give up . . . .”

2. Justify their failure: “Maybe it’s . . . [this or that.]” In other words, it’s not their fault.

3. Allay their fears: All is not lost. There is a “workable solution.”

4. Confirm their suspicions: It’s true a business model and a compensation plan can be fatally flawed and problematic.

5. Help them throw rocks at their enemies: “Let’s take aim . . . we’ll get rid of them.”

My example is probably a very poor one. I just came across this information last night and am still absorbing it all. It was one of those larger “AHA” moments in my learning curve. And I want to share it with you because I believe it’s important and may hold the key to greater success in converting our prospects into coustomers and distributors.

Here is the link to Blair Warren’s website for your persusal. I’m going to add it to our blogroll.
